Our mission is simple: to awaken taste buds and delight in the joy of unique flavours, all made from natural ingredients. Creativity should never be hidden—it’s meant to be shared. And so, I am dedicated to offering the world (or at least a part of it) the taste of my creativity, my cooking expertise, and the authentic, natural flavours I’ve mastered over the years—so that they, too, can fall in love with food in the same way I have.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

  • Browse our menu, add your preferred items to the cart, and complete the payment process. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.
  • We require a minimum of 48 hours in advance order to ensure preparation and delivery.

Can I make changes to my order?

  • Changes can be made within one hour of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at info@melizas.com. Please include your order reference when contacting us.

Do you take pre-orders?

  • Yes! You can schedule your order for a future date at checkout.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

  • Yes. Our minimum order is £25.

Where do you deliver?

  • We currently deliver to most areas in the Northwest of England. Enter your postcode to check if we are able to deliver to you or contact us via the enquiry form or email

How much is the delivery fee?

  • Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What if I miss my delivery?

  • We endeavour to update you on the status of your day. Kindly let us know if you will not be available to receive your order. Please ensure you communicate with us earlier if you are unavailable to receive your order. Missed deliveries may attract additional charges for re- delivery.

Can I collect my order?

  • No. We currently offer only delivery services. We will inform you when we offer pick-up services in the future.

Can I pay on delivery?

  • No, all payments must be completed at checkout. Payments validate your order.
